Order Fulfilment

Simpex also works on a transaction to transaction basis to process individual inquiries as requirements come up. We are able to offer single inquiry quotes for validity upto 30 days or special quotes with validty upto 12 months. Customers have the ability to place multi product and multi manufacturer orders with multi currency options. All recordered orders are executed and brought into Simpex warehouse for quality checks before exporting to the end customer. As many as 10% of materials are returned back to the manufacturer for small damages that may cause delays or rejections at international clearing houses. Therefore, Simpex has systems and procedures in place for tagging and repackaging materials to decrease customer rejections of products and identification of products that are used for various projects, sites, etc. Simpex also provides 24/7 delivery services and can ship partial deliveres as per the customer’s requirements. Our customized IT systems and processes provide comprehensive visibility to allow for immediate action to meet the demands of our fast paced industries. We also handle invoicing to send direct to customer’s shipping department, forwarders, and customers bank to avoid any delays in delivery and acceptance of goods.
